4. Work, duties and rights of the committee:

In addition to the work, duties and rights written elsewhere in this order, the work, duties and rights of the committee will be as follows:-

(a) Necessary policy regarding the development of the hospital, Formulating and implementing plans and programs,
(b) To approve the annual budget and programs of the Committee,
(c) Protecting and maintaining the physical property of the hospital,
(d) To identify and search for the resources and means required for the operation, improvement and expansion of the services provided by the hospital,
(e) Determining fees for providing external and internal medical services, laboratory and other services (f) Arranging free treatment for patients who are considered financially incapable,
(g) conducting or conducting health training programs,
(h) To conduct or conduct various types of training for enhancing the capacity of the committee's staff and to recommend to the Ministry to provide special training to the staff,
(i) Forming a sub-committee or task force as required for the operation of the committee and prescribing the work, duties and rights and procedures of such sub-committee or task force,
(j) To do or cause other work necessary to achieve the objectives of the committee.
